Products
We photograph every bag in natural light and describe it as accurately as we can. Slight variation in colour may occur due to screen settings, and natural materials may show minor variations — this is not a defect.

Pricing and availability
All prices are in [PKR] and include applicable taxes. We may update prices at any time. Products are subject to availability; if an ordered item is out of stock, we'll contact you for an exchange or full refund.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You'll be refunded in full if we do.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, cards, and bank transfer. COD orders may be verified by phone before dispatch.

Returns
Governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Intellectual property
All photographs, text, logos, and designs on this site belong to [Muse] and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
