We want you to love your bag. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions
The bag must be unused, in original condition, with tags and dust bag included. Please keep the original packaging.

How to request
WhatsApp us at 03342229041 or email handbagmuse1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm within 24 hours and arrange the pickup.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within [5–7] working days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we refund via bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash.

Return shipping

• Wrong, damaged, or defective item — we cover the cost.
• Change of mind — a return charge of [Rs. 250] applies.

Not eligible for return
Sale items, gift cards, and bags showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Damaged on arrival
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the item at our cost.
