Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 working days
• Other cities: 3–5 working days

Shipping charges
Flat [Rs. 200] nationwide. Free delivery on orders above [Rs. 3500].

Payment
Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan. Card and bank transfer also accepted at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your parcel is dispatched.

Failed delivery
If the courier can't reach you after [3] attempts, the parcel returns to us. We'll contact you to re-arrange delivery; re-delivery charges may apply.
